One-time credit purchases

Credit packs are generally final and non-refundable once delivered for immediate use. This does not limit any refund or withdrawal right that applicable law requires.

Failed generations

When the system records a generation failure, the credit is returned automatically. Persistent defects may qualify for a remedy required by applicable law.
